It’s always good to be cautious when you are contacted by anyone claiming to represent a company, including ours. If you want to confirm that a recruiting contact you have received is, in fact, from our firm, please contact us on www.Facebook.com/FidelityJobs or via Twitter @FidelityJobs for a prompt response.
Here are some other ways that you can determine whether a job recruitment contact you receive is from our firm:

We would never ask you to pay us money nor would we ask you to purchase anything to enable you to work.
We would only request confidential information after making an offer of employment.
While we do conduct some interviews on video platforms, such as HireVue, we do not conduct interviews on instant message platforms, such as Yahoo! Messenger, WhatsApp, Google Talk, Google Hangouts, etc.
We would not ask you to create a social media profile of any kind.”
Most interviews at Fidelity are behavior-based. This means our recruiters and hiring managers will ask about specific professional situations you’ve been in and your accomplishments. For example, if you mention that you’re efficient, you’ll be asked to provide examples from your work history that illustrate this.
-Review the job description to determine how your background applies
-Be prepared to cite examples of your key professional accomplishments or related academic work
-Read some basic information about Fidelity’s culture, history, companies, etc.
-View a video about innovations at Fidelity called Fidelity Firsts
-Ask your recruiter for more information about the business unit you’ll be interviewing with
-Prepare a list of job-related questions that you can bring to the interview

Summer Internship Program
Yes, Fidelity’s internships and co-ops are paid positions.
Internships are paid seasonal positions that are full-time for the summer months, typically June-August. A co-op is a paid full-time position for a defined period (usually four or six months). Students typically earn course credit for co-ops.
As a Fidelity intern (aka FIDTERN), you will work on real-time business projects while learning and developing professionally. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in comprehensive intern events, networking sessions, and a robust learning curriculum that offers meaningful program experiences. Our interns are a vital source of talent, and we welcome our FIDTERNS to launch their careers at Fidelity!
Interns are assigned actual real-time projects that offer a realistic sense of the work involved in a particular area or position. Interns work with full-time associates, often in a team setting.
We offer internship opportunities in nearly every region; however, opportunities are based on business needs and change according to location and timeframe.
The majority of internships occur in the summer, beginning in May or June. By signing up for our Talent Network, you will be alerted when the intern application window opens.
