To provide further insight into this role and what it’s like to work at Fidelity, we sat down with Larisa and Monica, two High Net Worth Service Associates out of Phoenix and Miami.
What has been your experience at Fidelity?
Larisa: A very creative, encouraging, and safe environment to develop new talents and skills.
Monica: I have found Fidelity to be an extremely supportive firm, with very thorough training and an excellent training staff and materials. I have yet to come across anyone who is not willing to do their best to assist me. The firm is truly dedicated to servicing our clients in the best manner possible.
What advice would you give to someone looking to join Fidelity?
Larisa: Look no further for a progressive and inclusive company.
Monica: I would recommend it highly as a place to work. The firm respects the employees and I have found the work ethic to be exemplary among all employees I’ve had assist me with questions, etc.
What role do you play on a team?
Larisa: I recently took the role of collecting what matters most to client needs to see what drives our calls and how to best help them.
Monica: I hope I am a role model in my methods of dealing with clients, with difficult situations, and try to be a “go to” person for team members who need assistance. I hope I am a role model for team members with less experience in our business.
I think the High Net Worth Service Associate role and the excellent team I’m lucky to be a member of impact Fidelity in many positive ways – improving the client experience, sharing our expertise with other Fidelity team members – overall we make Fidelity an excellent place for clients to trust their investments.
What skills or traits have been most helpful in your new role?
Larisa: Clear communication; active listening; curios mind; due diligence; ethical/fiduciary responsible.
Monica: I believe my skills with clients and my industry expertise have helped me assist the clients in the best possible way. I want the client to feel like their time has been worthwhile when I have finished assisting them. The training was very thorough, the support through training has been terrific. The resources are extensive. There is always something new to learn.
