Fidelity’s Hybrid Onboarding Program encourages new Personal Investing employees to work on-site on a regular schedule during onboarding and beyond. The first 8 weeks alternate between in-office and work from home from week-to-week. We intentionally develop the schedule to make sure in-office activities are engaging, while self-led trainings and education are handled during at-home weeks.
Team Managers lead training sessions and oversee phone activities as the group works towards proficiency with the Fidelity call model and into the next phase of licensing. Employees who participate in this hybrid model have enjoyed the camaraderie and learn from listening to each other’s calls while on the floor together.
Onboarding team leaders work together to discuss best practices and how to make an enriching experience as associates adapt to a semi-return to office way of work.
